What we couldn't confirm: Gemini's own state list: its help center (support.gemini.com) was blocked, and its Titan event-contract terms, rulebook and notices pages (gemini.com/titan/...) render only with JavaScript, so their text could not be read. The eight-state exclusion list rests on DeFi Rate's review alone. Dimers (2026-10-01) says 45 states, and other third-party reviews (OddsAssist, Oct 2026) still say all 50 states. Whether Gemini restricts sports contracts specifically in any state (as opposed to the whole product). Minimum age: DeFi Rate says 18+ but '21+ in select jurisdictions' without naming them. Which states require 21 was not confirmed. Tax forms Gemini issues for prediction contracts were not found. New York: the attorney general reportedly sued Gemini Titan in April 2026 (per the project's states dataset). Not re-opened today, and Gemini's New York availability is unknown. The CFTC designation date (reported as Dec. 10 or Dec. 11, 2025) and the Gemini Olympus DCO link could not be checked on cftc.gov, which was blocked in this session. Sources disagree on whether sports contracts are offered. Gemini's own Predictions page lists sports as a category, while one third-party review (Legal Sports Report, 2026-10-21) describes sports as a possible future expansion.
